Q: Have you noticed a shift in yourself (emotionally, mentally and/or physically) since you starting practicing the HeartMath techniques? If so, briefly explain.

A: Yes, definitely noticed a shift. From the emotional side I have been able to disconnect the “feelings” of a situation and deal with the facts and am therefore able to process and cope better. Falling asleep used to be problematic but no longer… doing the HeartMath
breathing for about 5mins sends me to la-la land in no time at all and I get a good nights rest.

In my working environment I have found that I am more gentle but direct in the way I approach assisting a colleague. No messing around, get straight to the point and try and find a solution that will assist in training the individual as well as the team as effectively as possible.

Sam has not only been a caring coach but also become a friend. She is encouraging and caring and offers a real solution to helping you to benefit from doing the HeartMath breathing techniques. Sam takes an genuine interest in you as a person and is a great listener. Well done Sam, you rock! in a very calm and caring way.

Q: Have you noticed a shift in yourself (emotionally, mentally and/or physically) since you starting practicing the HeartMath techniques? If so, briefly explain.

Yes, I have absolutely seen a shift, both emotionally and mentally. I was going through a difficult time in my life and it was related to my relationship and health issues. After sitting with Samantha and learning the breathing technique with HeartMath, I found my will to fight back , take control and appreciate life. Today I find myself in the best of health with a positive mind frame and engaged which brings tears to my eyes because of joy and not realising what I’m capable of doing when breathing. Doctors has noticed and commented on my 360° change and wanted to know what I was doing. I responded by saying “allowing my body to breath and reminding myself what I’m most grateful for”. I also believe after much difficulty comes ease and the only person who is responsible for their mind set and well being is yourself. Anything is possible and achievable by moving forward and focusing on what matters and what you are grateful for.

Samantha has been amazing in training HeartMath. She has provided me with much more insight and how our negativity has a reaction on our body and the way we think. If you start your day by breathing and reminding yourself all that you’re appreciated for, you end up smiling from the time u leave home till the time you return back. I love Samantha. Positive energy and vibe
